We learned with great sadness about Cam’s passing, and it is hard to describe the feeling. We always considered Cam as the one who will win, also against the terrible illness.
I will never forget the days of skiing with Cam that were certainly challenging for me and the others as well. He was the master and it was hard to follow him.
