October 27, 1967 – July 21, 2010 Penny, beloved wife of Kevin Kaquitts, passed away on July 21, 2010 at the age of 42 years. Penny is survived by her husband of twenty three years, Kevin Kaquitts, and children Terenda (Kyle), Deris (Karlee), Bella (TJ), Kyler (Danielle), Shayna and her Ju Ju bean Derian, her baby; grandchildren Neveah (Princess), Kyson (handsome), her two M & M’s, Mercedes and Makayla and Taylor D., mother Josephine Sitting Eagle (Simon) and father Don Anderson, sisters Barbie, Donna (Jerome), Audrey, Michelle, Carol, Elaine Saddleback, Debbie (Elroy) Bearhead, and Sharon (Keith) Knowlton, brothers Blair (Cindy), Dino, Lawrence (Teresa), George Saddlebacks, Len (Cora) Sitting Eagle, Donald Redcalf. Also survived by aunties Angie Anderson, Roberta Pelletier and Mary Kaquitts, uncle Gerald (Laura) Sitting Eagle, her adopted brothers and sisters. Extended families Saddlebacks, Jerrys, Andersons, Sitting Eagles, Mosquitos, Calfs, Calf Robes, Buffalos, Baptistes, sorry if we missed anyone. Penny was a member of the Blackfoot A1 Club. Penny was predeceased by her grandparents Charlie and Rose Anderson, Harriett and Jim Jerry, maternal grandfather Edward Baptist and Mary Sitting Eagle, daughter Mercedes and granddaughter Tahlia, brother Malcolm Sitting Eagle, niece Dale S.B. and nephew Jr. Knowlton, aunties and uncles, Tom, Delbert and Henry Anderson, Orville Pelletier, Roy, John and Pius S.E., George Jerry, Roy Saddleback, Larry Johnson, Margaret Redwood, Ruby Jerry, Cecilia Johnson, Helen and Ella Saddleback, Victoria Mosquito, Bella Anderson, Shirley Sitting Eagle and brother-in-law Stewart. Wake Services will be held on Monday July 26, 2010 at 6:00 pm at Little Washington Community Centre, Siksika, AB. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Siksika Nation on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 11:00 am. Graveside Service to follow in Little Washington Cemetery.
