I met Elia through Golda and Roy, and when I met her and Nick I seen the love and affection in how they loved each other and the family so much. I immediatley felt how lucky I was to have had met them in all my travels to peoples houses around Calgary. I will miss Elia very much and my heartfelt sympathy is sent to you all .

Her baking was exceptional, especially her butterhorns,they would melt in your mouth.
