Obituary of STURENBURG – Emmy Christine

July 5, 1925 – July 17, 2010 Emmy Sturenburg, dear wife and a true comrade to Gus Sturenburg of Calgary for sixty years, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the age of 85 years. Emmy struggled with diabetes, heart and spine problems, as well as several strokes over the last six years that left her severely disabled. She was able to remain at home, cared for full time by her loving husband Gus. A private service was held at Queen’s Park Cemetery on Wednesday, July 21, 2010.
