Loretta & Family: my sincere condolences on Tom’s passing. I was very fortunate to have worked with Tom for many years in Vancouver and Calgary. He was a very intelligent and kind man. He will be missed.
Dear Loretta and family,
I would like to pass along my sincere condolences on behalf of the entire IBM team. Unfortunately I am not able to personally travel to Calgary to attend the memorial services for Tom, but I did want you to know how very sorry I was to hear of your loss.
We were fortunate to have Tom join our IBM family a little over three years ago, and he soon became a key member of our leadership team. Tom will be fondly remembered, and missed by many people for a long time.
My thoughts go out to you, and his children through this difficult time.
Rae family:
We are deeply saddened by Tom’s passing and want to offer our sympathy and support to your family in this difficult time. I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Tom for so many years and considered him a friend as well as a colleague.
Loretta and Family,
My deepest condolences, while we did not keep in touch, Tom was a good friend at UBC.
My thoughts are with you at this time.
Joan, Andy, Bruce and family ~ My gosh, I am so saddened to hear of your brother’s passing. It has been many, many years but nonetheless I wanted to express my condolences. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.
Loretta, my deepest sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. Tom was a very special person. He was kind and patient and a good friend. Nobody else could have gotten me through Calculus I and II! I have so many great memories of Tom. His friendship meant a great deal to me and I consider myself fortunate to have known him. I am saddened by his passing – I miss him.
My sincere condolences to Tom’s family and friends. Although we never met in person (I’m in Toronto), I worked with Tom closely for the last several years (on Loblaw), and considered his knowledge/advice invaluable. He was always friendly and helpful. I will certainly miss him. Regards, Mark.
I have never met Tom personally, only through electronic communication or through word of mouth but his loss is deeply felt here at Loblaw. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family for this sudden and abrupt loss, he will be greatly missed by the people whom he works with. God bless, and good rest.
Please accept my deepest condolences on Tom’s departure. Tom was
always very helpful and patient with us. I was very fortunate to
work with Tom when he was with Loblaw.
Loretta & family.
My sincerest condolences to all on Tom’s passing. I was fortunate to have met Tom and work with Tom for many years at Loblaw’s. He was friendly and always willing to offer a helping hand. May God be with you during these difficult times.
Loretta and family: It was my great honour to work with Tom for several years when he was at Westfair / Loblaw and I was one of the IBM team supporting him. I always looked forward to my visits to Calgary to work with him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with him.
My deepest condolences to Tom’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Tom during a critical migration, and he was the technical linchpin of the project. I enjoyed working from him and learning from him. All the people he touched have lost something in his passing.
My sincerest condolences on Tom’s sudden passing. While it has been many, many years since he and I spoke last, he was a good and trusted friend during our years at U.B.C.
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband and dad. You are in my prayers.
