Obituary of Edna Louise Kehler

May 19, 1945- July 10, 2010 Eddie was born on May 19th, 1945 and raised in Gem, Alberta with her two sisters Irene and Leona and brother Herman. Daughter of Russian immigrants Nick and Annie Dueck, Eddie was brought up with strong Christian values in a home filled with the joy derived from the music they loved. As a young adult Eddie was a very independent and intelligent woman, who took great pride in her education, her fashion and her work. She married David Kehler in 1969 and was blessed with a beautiful daughter Randi and an adoring son Shelby. She was a devoted wife and mother who was unwavering in her Christian faith and spent her life nurturing and caring for her loved ones and others. Eddie was an amazing and inspiring woman who drew great strength from her relationship with God no matter what the circumstances. Her beautiful journey now continues in God’s loving embrace.
