Obituary of RIDER –Victoria Carmen

September 21, 1969 – July 2, 2010 Born in Banff, AB on September 21, 1969, Victoria was called home by our Creator on July 2, 2010. Victoria enjoyed many activities such as bead-work, fancy dancing – working at the Calgary Stampede. She also liked to be a good mother to her children and she was dedicated to being there for her own mother. She leaves to mourn her two sons, Jackson (Nicole-Chanel) and Stephan; stepson Kieven Yellowfly; the father of her sons Sanford Goodstoney; her mother-in-law Christine Poucette. Victoria was special; she had two mothers – biological mother Louise and stepfather Charles Francis; aunties, Valerie Rider and uncles, Frank Buffalocalf,; brothers, Donald, Joey and Diane, Zachary and Savi, Theo (Boss); sisters, Roma and Allen, and Chaz; nieces, Talia, Louise, Jerrita, and Jessica; nephews, Troy, Tyson, Eric, Alex, Lucas, and Sage; and adopted brothers, Thomas Labrun and Renee Drake. Aunties and Uncle Maureen, Joyce, Allen, Marcus Raweater. She was predeceased by her father Donald Raweater in 1971; brother Kevin in 1977; father-in-law Felix Poucette in 2008. Wake Services will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 6 and 7, 2010 at the residence of Christine and the late Felix Poucette. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery.
