Obituary of WARD – Irene

November 15, 1957 – June 27, 2010 Irene Ward, wife of Kerry Ward of Calgary, passed away in her husband’s arms Sunday evening June 27th. Irene came to Calgary from Montreal in 1988 for work (Telus) and adventure. She found the love of her life, her husband Kerry, and settled in for the next 22 years. She loved life, her family and she especially loved children. She was a gentle soul and we are so sad that she has left us. Irene is survived by her husband Kerry Ward; her parents Lydia and Tadeusz Topaczewski; her sister Donna (Henry Presz); her brother Andrew (Chantal Croteau); her mother-in-law Vera Ward; and Kerry’s brothers, Jim (Lynda), John (Karen), Barry (Nicola), and Roland (Francis) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
