Obituary of DAWSON – Garry Myron

December 31, 1953 – June 6, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Garry Myron Dawson beloved husband of Patty Dawson of Calgary, on Sunday, June 6, 2010 at the age of 56 years. Garry was born in Vernon, BC. He moved to Calgary in 1978 with his wife Patty to work as an electrician, which he did for thirty-two years. Although he resided in Alberta, no one could take the “BC” out of Garry. His greatest pleasures in life included canoeing, fishing, camping, golfing, and watching a good hockey game. Garry loved to tease and play practical jokes on others and will be remembered for his great sense of humour. Besides his loving wife Patty, Garry is survived by his cherished daughter Kimberly Dawson; one sister Patricia O’Connell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Garry was predeceased by his parents, Lindsay and Nettie Dawson, and one brother Wayne Dawson. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.
