The fond memories of growing up with Svend and Chris next door are some I treasure. The tasty cookies Chris made, the garden she took such pride in, her wonderful smile and the true friendship and support she gave so freely.

Our sincere sympathy to you all on Christa’s passing. We have many fond memories of Chris. We especially remember her “sunny” disposition and her wonderful laugh. I remember the Christmases we shared at Villa Dania when I was a teenager; what fun!

Svend, We know how much care you have given Chris the last few years. May she now rest in peace–aeret vaere hendes minde.

We were so surprised and saddened to hear the news about your Mom. Being at home as I was with polio surgeries and recoveries, I got to see first hand the special friendship that existed between your Mom and mine, and all the laughter that I saw them share together. Chris had a gift, whether it was with Mom or with others like myself, of helping us to laugh and see the light in life.
