Obituary of BONNET – Henry Desire

September 4, 1916 – May 30, 2010 Henry Desire Bonnet, beloved husband of Denise Bonnet of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2010 at the age of 93 years. Henry Desire Bonnet, born on September 4, 1916 in Celtic, Saskatchewan, obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering. Henry married his wife Denise Therese on October 6, 1945. They lived in homes at various places; Celtic, Saskatchewan; Calgary, Edmonton, and Devon,Alberta. Henry’s career spanned 38 years as a Professional Engineer for Imperial Oil Ltd. He is survived by his wife, Denise Therese Bonnet, and by his children, one son Henry (Patricia) Bonnet and three daughters Simone (Dennis Carmel), Marguerite Bonnet, and Gisele (Ted van Middelkoop); grandchildren, Mark (Kimberley) Bonnet, Catherine (Joe Edl), Allison Bonnet, Michael (Crystal) Carmel, Allan Carmel (Glenda Schwandt), Richard (Mila) Carmel, Bradley van Middelkoop, and Gregory van Middelkoop; and great grandchildren, Trinity Edl, Reid Edl, Caya Carmel, Zappa Carmel, Violet Carmel, Alexis Carmel, and Joshua Carmel. Henry is predeceased by infant son, Michael Patrick. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (1566 Northmount Drive Northwest) on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
