Obituary of VICKERY – Donna Mae

June 25, 1950 – May 21, 2010 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Donna Vickery on Friday, May 21, 2010, at the age of 59 years. Donna touched the lives of many with her warm smile, generosity and optimism. She was employed as a nurse at Rockyview General Hospital for thirty-three years before retiring in 2009, to relocate to her dream home in Pincher Creek. Her passion and desire to help people led her to seek employment as a home care nurse in her new community, where she was quickly embraced. Donna will be forever loved and remembered by her husband Keith and sons and daughter-in-law, Shaun and Adrienne and Ian. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Darlene and Simon deBoer and Brenda and Steve Wegren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Terry and Karen Tyler, Barry and Maria Tyler, Darren and Tina Tyler, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family, countless friends and her beloved West Highland Terriers, Mac & Dolly.
