Obituary of STAUBER-HENDRICKSON Yvonne

Yvonne Stauber, beloved wife of Dave Hendrickson and mother of Keith Stauber passed away May 17, 2010 at the age of 73 years. Yvonne was born November 12, 1936 to Martin and Elizabeth Stauber in Pilger Saskatchewan. As a young girl, Yvonne had many jobs to help out her family and to save enough to attend Business College while being the proud mother of her young son Keith. Immediately after finishing Business College with honours, she was hired by Esso Resources for a position in the Steno Pool. Her abilities advanced her to the position of Executive Assistant to the President, where she worked until retiring. She enjoyed working at Esso Resources and they appreciated her dedication and selflessness. In retirement, she shared with her husband and best friend her love of cooking, the outdoors, fishing, camping, winters in Arizona and most of all her love of friends and family. Yvonne was pre-deceased by her mother Elizabeth, father Martin, brother Kenneth, and sister Isabelle. She will be fondly remembered by her husband Dave and son Keith; sisters, Dorothy, Connie, Sharon (Jim); brother Harold (Gen), and many family members and friends. We thank Yvonne for her smile, her generous heart, and her capacity for giving that was as limitless as the sky. Our lives have been blessed by her spirit.
