I only had the pleasure of meeting Grandma late in her life during our curling games, but in that short time it was clear how her influence has helped to shape a very good friend of mine to the compassionate, caring and perceptive man that he is.

My blessing is that I had a chance to know her; your blessing is that your grandmother lives on in you.

We are so sorry to hear about Grandma Evelyn – she was so delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed her wit and humor (and advice) at our pre and post game “meetings” when she would watch Andrew and our curling teams’ antics.

Curling will just not be the same.
