Obituary of RAMSAY – Molly

May 12, 1941 – April 19, 2010 Vivien Molly Ramsay, beloved mother of Heather and Glenn of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre on Monday, April 19, 2010, at the age of 68 years. Molly was born on May 12, 1941 in Houghton On The Hill, Leicester, England. She immigrated to Kitchener, ON in 1967. In 1974 the family moved to Winnipeg, MB and have resided in Calgary since 1989. Molly enjoyed knitting and gardening and was an avid scrapbooker. She enjoyed reading and had made the church library her special project. Family was important to her and she enjoyed many family dinners. Molly is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Glenn and Paula Ramsay; a daughter Heather Ramsay; and four grandchildren, Jenny, Katie, Mollee, and Alanna; and a great-grandson Jaden, all of Calgary She is also survived by a sister Jill (John) Garton and brother Michael Wade both of England. Molly was predeceased by her husband Gordon and her parents Ernest and Dorothy Wade.
