Dear Leanne and Family, We understand the loss of your Mother as our personal, because the memory of Betty is very vivid and dear in our mind. How could it be that a person so kind and gentle, who appeared on our family gatherings, just as any one of us, the person to whom it was so easy to talk to, to ask questions or opinions, to laugh together or to be serious… that all this will not be possible any more in the future.
