Condolences
I was so sorry to read of Bill’s passing and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I also worked for Gulf and know how much Bill was respected by all who knew him.
Irene and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. He was a great man. I worked with him at Gulf in the 80’s. We have maintained contact through the years since. I always looked forward to his smile and upbeat view on life at our annual fall lunch. His many words of wisdom and gentle and kind nature will be sorely missed. I was always struck by his warm and encompassing view of family. My thoughts are with you.
Dear Irene and family
Norm and I wish to express our deepest sympathy to you and your family at this very sad time.
Each of you will have your own treasured memories which will be shared at family get togethers–bringing smiles and laughter .
God bless and comfort you.
Barb, Bill and Carmen our thoughts were with you today as you remembered your Dad and Granddad. We were so sorry to learn of his passing and know this is such a difficult time for you all. You will have many wonderful memories to cherish in the future. We wish we could have been there to support you and will have a tribute to your Dad when you are in Courtenay. Take care and know that we were thinking of you during this very difficult time. Love, Barb and Hugh.
Barb,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you in this time of mourning. May the pleasant memories help you through this time of sadness.
Elaine
Our (David & Reva) heartfelt sympathy and the deepest of condolences to all of the family members during this difficult time. We can be comforted by the fact that we will forever celebrate his life and remember him as a kind and caring man who had the good fortune to live surrounded by a loving wife and wonderful children.
It is with deepest sadness that I am unable to join you in Bill’s memorial service; he was a wonderful, gentle and caring man who always had a smile and kind words to share. Know that Alison and my condolences are with you in abstention, while Rick, Nicole and Howard share this time with you, celebrating Bill’s life and grieving with you in the family’s loss. Our hearts and thoughts are with you.
Dear Irene & Family,
Having been neighbors of yours on Wilton Place many years ago, we were deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing.
Although we moved from Willow Park in 1986 we have so many fond memories of our Block parties and gatherings marking special family occasions. You, Bill & your family were always hospitable and kind.
I always think of you & those bygone days when I use your Chocolate Meringue Torte recipe dated December 1978!
Please extend our sincere sympathy to your entire family & be assured our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time.
Sincerely, Helene & Vince LaCoste
Thinking of you, Barb, and your family. Wishing you strength and solace in coping with your deep loss. Sincere sympathy to your family – I will be thinking of you during the sabbath and say your name in remembering your loss.
Dear Irene and Family
Another great Gentleman and fellow Gulf employee has been called Home. Both Marian and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to you and your family. We are sorry that we will be out of the City on Thursday and not able to speak with you in person. It also affords a good opportunity to see former fellow employees and spouses. May your family be great support and may God Bless you as you make the adjustment to this sad sudden life change.
Dave & Marian Kaufman
