We were surprised to learn of Merv’s passing and wanted to express our deep sympathy to you and your family in this difficult time. When we arrived in High River some years ago you and Merv were one of the first people that we met and you made us feel welcome. I always enjoyed our chats whenever we happened to met each other. He will be missed.

It was unexpected to hear of Merv’s passing. I always meant to drop in for Coffee and see Merv, as he had asked when I last saw him at the Wall Mart in Okotoks last year, but never seemed to get there I can only offer my deepest condolences to you and your family at
