Obituary of JONES – Margaret Ellen

June 27, 1913 – March 12, 2010 Margaret Ellen Jones of Calgary passed away peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the wonderful age of 96 years. Margaret was born on June 27, 1913 at Bonnie Doon Farm, Cheadle, AB. She was the amazing centre of her family, a walking historian, an avid reader, a student of current affairs, and forever an optimist. Margaret lived every day for her family and her family feel so very blessed that they shared her for so long. She will be greatly missed. Margaret is survived by her children, George and Ingrid Jones, Gwen and Bruce Warrack, Jim Jones and Marg Richardson, Ruth Jones and Dirck Van Audenhove; as well as twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Maldwyn; her parents George and May Jackson; her stepmother Renie Jackson; and her brothers, Emory, Robert and Walter Jackson.
