Obituary of JACKSON – Kelly Ann

September 24, 1959 – February 25, 2010 Words cannot express how sad we are to announce that Kelly left us on Thursday, February 25, 2010 after a two year battle with breast cancer. It was a battle she fought with dignity and much courage. Kelly loved to travel anywhere warm, cook, entertain, and 5 p.m. (ok maybe 4p.m.) socials with neighbours and friends. Kelly is survived by her father Ken Jackson; fiancé Norm Snowdy; sister Deb (Sonny) Hauser; brother Les Le May; sister-in-law Rose Le May; Uncle Ed and Aunt Winnie Jackson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Ryan Hauser, Amber Le May, Kristina, Ken and Jonathan Le May; and cousins, Jimmy, Randy, Donna, Judy, Laura, and Janice. Kelly was predeceased by her mother Catherine Jackson; brothers, Richard and Norman Le May. Too numerous to mention are the wonderful friends and family who have supported us through this journey, thank you. Special thanks to Rene Meister and Dr. Sasha Lupichuk. At Kelly’s request there will be no funeral service. In true Irish tradition there will be a Celebration of Kelly’s wonderful life that touched us all, on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in Airdrie.
