Obituary of ENNIS – Winifred Mary

December 16, 1919 – February 15, 2010 On February 15, 2010 our precious Mother, Win, returned home to rest (although knowing Mum there will not be much resting). Win was born in Cardiff, South Wales on December 16, 1919. While she spent her senior years in Canada, she was proud of her Welsh heritage and retained an abiding love for the land of her birth. Although she will be profoundly missed by her daughters Chris and Cherry, and her family and friends, there is great peace in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband and sweetheart, Don. Win left a bit of wonderful wherever she went and will be lovingly remembered for her charm, charisma and great sense of humour. While that bright little light has gone out in this world it will never go out in the hearts of those who love her. A Celebration of Win’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 2:00p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
