Condolences
To Joan, Penny, Joe and Nola and extended families:
I want to extend my condolences on Aunt Kay’s passing. It is easy to say she had a full, wonderful and active life, as in her Energizer Bunny nickname, but it is never easy when the time comes to say goodbye. It was evident by the large crowd that there are many who will miss her vivacious personality. I want to congratulate Joe and Penny on the wonderful tributes you gave and also the tributes by your children, Kay’s grandchildren. It was a very nice service throughout. I can write a tribute for an occasion like that but I cannot deliver it like you did.
I will be making a contribution to Agape Hospice in Aunt Kay’s memory. They do a wonderful job there. I did not see Kay there as she was there such a short time but I had several visits with Uncle Bill when he was there. One of my best totem poles was auctioned off about 7-8 years ago in a fundraiser with half the proceeds going to Agape.
I know that Aunt Kay is in a new and wonderful place. Take comfort in knowing that.
Harvey
Dear Michael & Marie,
As our next door neighbor, Kay was always friendly. We were impressed and inspired to see such an independent and self-sufficient senior. We wish to extend our sympathy to your family.
Dear Penny,
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. You will miss your Mom dearly.

Michael & Marie,
I was saddened to hear of Kay’s passing.
She would often stop & chat with me while I puttered in my garden during the summer months.
My thoughts are with you at this time of sorrow.
Garry

Michael, Marie & Family:
We were sorry to read this morning that your grandma had passed away. We remember well Kay’s cheery manner when she would pass by on her daily walks.
Our thoughts and sympathy are with you and your family.

Very dismayed to hear of Kay’s passing. Spent many good times together with her during her time on the culdesac. She was a dear lady and will be missed.
Penny,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your dear mother. What a gracious and lovely woman she was. We know you will miss the outings you enjoyed with her the past few years. Keep those wonderful memories forever.
Marie and Denny
