Hi – it’s me again! I am sitting here thinking of the memorial service for Winn and all of you – a very special family. I thought of hiring a private plane to leave later on Sat. but didn’t think that would work out. Sending squishy hugs for each of you…..OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO’S and double hugs for you Chris, Michael, Rob and Don.
I’m so sorry that we won’t be able to attend the service, but that doesn’t mean we won’t be thinking of all of you. My happiest memories of my Aunt Winn include the many hours we spent walking together in Calgary’s parks – usually Fish Creek – back when I was a young woman. We would put on our sensible shoes and hoof it around the paths about once a week; chattering our heads off. Winn was kind to me and would make me cookies – yum – and I appreciated the odd little favors she surprised me with.
We are very sorry to hear about your moms passing. She will be missed by all of her family and friends. I am glad we had the family reunions and were able to spend time with her
