Condolences
My sincerest condolences to the Crawford family for the loss of Mel. I met him only once and liked him immediately. I’m sure he will be dearly missed
.
Ron(Maggie), Linda(Mike) and family,
Bruce and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you.
Mel was a very kind and caring man and we feel privileged to have known him.
Our heartfelt thoughts go out to you at such a difficult time.
Sincerely,
Bruce and Catherine Laidlaw
We send our condolences to the Crawford family in their loss of a father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was also an uncle, neighbor and a friend.
We knew Mel from the Sappers Club in Calgary for a number of years, and worked closely with him in organizing a SAPPERS reunion here.
He attended the meetings and luncheons faithfully and will certainly be missed by the Club.
Rest in peace comrad!
Ron(Maggie) and Linda(Mike) Families
NATIVE NORTH AMERICAN PRAYER
I give you this one thought to keep__
I am with you still__I do not sleep,
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the mornings hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quite birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone__
I am with you still__in each new dawn.
May you find comfort this difficult time
With Deepest Heartfelt Sympathy
Love and Prayers
Mike
