Obituary of STEER – R. Yvonne

May 17, 1927 – November 28, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yvonne; loving wife, proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at the age of 82 years. Yvonne is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, George; her son Gregory; daughter Elaine (Rick) Simmons; grandchildren, Richard (Veronika), David (Misty) Simmons, Cheryl (Mark) Smith, John and Tracey Steer; great grandchildren, Faith, Autumn, Ricky, and Griffin Simmons, and Jerome, Sonya, Roland and Violet Smith. Yvonne was predeceased by her sister Joyce Pederson. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
