Obituary of TAYLOR – Fay Marilyn Elizabeth

January 11, 1943 – November 25, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce that Fay Marilyn Elizabeth Taylor of Calgary has passed away at the age of 66 after a courageous battle with cancer. Fay is survived by her loving son Dennis (Britta); daughter Corrina (Steve); brothers, James (Mary), Steve (Sheila), Dwight (Sue), Peter (Sue); sisters, Mona (Ron) and Lily (Velmer); and mother Irene. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her four loving grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Thomas, and Jack. Fay was born on January 11, 1943 in Danford Lake, QC and moved to Alberta in 1974. During the course of her lifetime, Fay took on a variety of diverse and challenging roles ranging from owning a restaurant to operating heavy equipment. Most recently, she served as a valued member of the support team at the University of Calgary Medical Clinic at North Hill. Fay leaves behind a legacy of love and strong relationships with family, friends and co-workers. More than anything, Fay will be remembered for how much she truly cared for those around her. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
