Obituary of ZIMMER – Rose Jean Angeline

October 2, 1920 – November 23, 2009 Rose Jean Angeline Zimmer of Calgary passed away on Monday, November 23, 2009 at the Sarcee Hospice, with her loving family by her side, at the age of 89 years. Rose is survived by her six children, Jeanette (Dan) Buckley, Shirley (Tom) Blakney, Marcelle (Bernard) Audia, Mervin (Marilyn) McDonald, Clifford (Judy) McDonald, and Patrick McDonald; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by four brothers; a sister; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her first husband Malcolm MacDonald in 1972 and second husband Louie Zimmer in 1993; and her loving grandson Timothy Blakney in 1992.
