Condolences
We wish to express our sincere sympathies on the loss of Richard. We always enjoyed visiting with him on the road, while out for a walk. He had a great sense of humor and we’ll never forget his Texan drawl.

The Officers and Staff of General Teamsters, Local Union No. 362 were saddened to hear of Tex’s passing and extend their heartfelt condolences for your loss. Tex was a great Trade Unionist, had generous spirit; was always a gentleman and held in the highest regard by his peers. Brother Roy Finley’s personal involvement with Tex goes back almost 30 years and fondly remembers Tex’s work ethic and his commitment to his Union.
