I had the pleasure of working with Ken at AGT for 7+ years. He was a fair and honest supervisor, and had a great sense of humour. Kendra, you were his pride & joy, and I’m sure that never changed. You brought so much happiness to him, and he loved to share your achievements with us. Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss.

My heart felt condolences to the Family and many friends attending , in person and in thought.

Life is so very precious, and equally precious are all the memories of our formative years as childhood friends and schoolmates at King Edward , and of Moose Jaw, (The Friendly City).

The kinship, lifelong friendships, and aquaintances continue long beyond our years.

The family and community spirit generated in South Hill and King Edward, a network before computers, keeps “our” community in touch.

Ken, thanks to the network, was brought back into my life, a solemn reminder of how precious and special those years and those friends are.

Kendra…..I have just received the sad news about your dad from a couple compatriots from my broadcast past…Ken McCreath, Dave Smiley, Your pop, and I were the 4 muskateers at CHAB Moose Jaw, back in the spring of 1960..it was a very special time and your dad helped make it so…a gentle, very intellegent human being..I am the richer for having been in his company……please accept my sad heart today in condolence….

Ken was a gentleman who lived proud, was a joy to

have as a business partner, fought hard to accept the

illness that eventually was his demise. He was a person of immense talent in all fields of communication.

It’s sad to learn of Ken’s passing. He was a good friend at King Edward Public School and Central Collegiate, whether we were camping at Round Hill, going fishing at Buffalo Pound or just hanging out. I think one of the reasons I became a writer was because back in grade five or thereabouts we both used to write little stories and exchange them to read.
