Obituary of MINIAJLO – Helen Annie

April 28, 1918 – November 17, 2009 It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of a beloved Mother and Nana. Helen was a unique, one of a kind, strong, loving, and thoughtful person. Her love of life, flowers, family, and friends will always be cherished. She will be missed dearly as a family member and friend. Helen belongs to the No. 1 Legion and Golden Age Club where she loved to dance, play darts and spend time with her friends. She leaves behind her daughter Maureen (Don); grandchildren, Stacy (Sarah) and Marci; and her great granddaughter Misha, the sunshine of her life that has kept her going these past years. Helen also leaves behind her sister Carrie, cousins, Annie, Helen and Lil, and many, many nieces and nephews, as well as her “second” daughter Wendy. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, November 20, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
