I did some soul searching but could not find adequate words to express how sorry I am of Russ’s passing. He was full of life. I can see him so vividly, swimming in the river and enjoying a beer in Moms backyard. He leaves behind a wonderful, caring familly and that’s a great legacy to have.

I once read “…death takes the person, but not the relationship…”. He will always be a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a friend, a confidant and never anything less just because he is no longer with us. He was always a man who smiled and made me laugh. He cared and loved. He laughed and joked. He was wonderful and I will miss him. I am thinking of all of you at this time, having just gone through something so similar myself.
