Our sincere condolences at Florence’s passing. We are reminded every day of Florence’s passion for music as we continue the contribution of Rideau Music to the musicians of Calgary. Her legacy lives on and we are grateful to be a part of it.

Florence hosted a lovely bridal shower for me back in 1957! She was a good friend to my mother.

To the family of Florence Musselwhite:

My sincere sympathy on the passing of Florence. She always greeted me with a pleasant smile whenever I’d visit her store to purchase music for Knox Church, Twelve to the Bar, or Winston Churchill High School. And she frequently would put aside a new choral publication for me, that she felt one of my choirs would enjoy. Florence was a wonderful person, and my life was enriched by my association with her.
