Obituary of HILL – Gillian

February 16, 1952 – October 28, 2009 Gill Hill, beloved wife of Dave of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the age of 57 years. Gill was born and raised in Manchester, England and immigrated to Canada with her husband and children in 1982. Here in Calgary Gill operated a Day Home and later started as a receptionist at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #285 where she made many, many good friends. Besides her loving husband Dave, Gill is survived by her son Paul Hill; daughter and son-in-law Sheridan and Shawn Higden; four grandchildren Kelsey, Dylan, Lucy and Ryan; brother Howard Grimshaw. A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Centennial Branch #285 (9202 Horton Road S.W.) on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
