Obituary of FORSYTH – Everil Mary

May 8, 1914 – October 23, 2009 Everil Forsyth passed away peacefully on Friday, October 23, 2009 at the age of 95 years. Everil was born to Robert and Ada Gibbs in Sutherland, now part of Saskatoon, SK. She married George Forsyth and the family later settled in Calgary. Everil was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was also a fabulous stenographer and worked many years for the Calgary Public School Board at Mountview Elementary. Her caring and fun-loving spirit has touched many lives and she will be deeply missed. Everil will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gail Mercredi and Joan (Rick) Barichello; grandchildren, Kathy (Ken) Franks and Lori Kimmel; and great grandchildren, Joshua, Ben, Nikki, and Bradley. She is also survived by her brother Robert Gibbs. Everil was predeceased by her husband; two brothers; a sister; and son-in-law.
