Uncle Jim always brought happiness with him. As a young boy I remember how he lit up the room whenever he and Jacqui came visiting. And how cool was it to have “Mr Christie” as your Uncle. I remember the time he brought us boxes and boxes of “Mutant Ninja Turtle” cookies. They had been pulled from the shelves because as it turned out they had the unfortunate side effect of turning your pee green but were harmless otherwise.
Uncle Jim made you feel special, was never judgemental and taught me that laughter was the best medicine.
