Obituary of NELSON – Marian Ann

March 14, 1944 – October 3, 2009 Marian Nelson passed away on Saturday October 3, 2009 at the age of 65 years. Marian was an active member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs. In September of 1966 she became a graduate Registered Nurse from the Holy Cross Hospital. Then, on September 22, 1967 she was married to Wes. Marian is survived by her husband Wes Nelson of Calgary, son Colin (Kim) Nelson of Calgary, daughter Heather Nelson of Canmore, grand-daughter Stephanie Acton of Calgary, step-grandsons, Cory Scott of Victoria and Chris Scott of Calgary. She is also survived by her sisters, Alice (John) Neilson of Cremona, Linda (Tony) Helfrich of Bragg Creek, brothers, Alan (Connie) Cohoe of Kelowna, Bruce (Audrey) Cohoe of Ponoka, and various nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Marian was predeceased by her parents Gordon and Nora Cohoe.
