December 25, 1924 – October 1, 2009 It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2009 in his 85th year. Wally had a variety of interests throughout his life, but most recently he enjoyed the day program offered through Father Lacombe Nursing Home and loved his Friday nights at the Horton Legion (Branch #285). Besides his loving wife of sixty-one years Alice, Wally is survived by his children, Jerry (Linda Ingram), Linda Grondin (Dwain), Terry (Diane), Amber (Randy) Rivers, and Keith; eight grandchildren, Shaun, Melody, Cory, Tara, Sheena, April, Erin, and Kristin; and many great-grandchildren.
