Lei-Wah, we waren aan het googlen naar ouden vrienden en vernamen geschokt dit nieuws. We hadden gehoopt op een leuker bericht. In ieder geval heel veel sterkte.
I was just made aware of Ferdinand’s passing and it leaves me with great sorrow that I was unable to attend his memorial service. Ferdinand was a great man! We conducted business together for a number of years and over that time became good friends. We had many discussions over that time about his illness and in-depth conversations about faith. I believe Ferdinand is in a better place and I want to personally thank you for allowing him to travel as he did for I am a better person as a result. May God bless you in your time of sorrow.
I was deeply saddened to hear of Ferdinand’s passing. His courage, his positive attitude and his energy was a huge encouragement to me. The relationship he built with us both through his technical knowledge and personal values will be missed, but not forgotten.
Ik kreeg een berichtje dat Ferdinand is overleden. We willen jullie hierbij graag condoleren met dit grote verlies.We hebben zulke fijne herinneringen samen en ik kan me het niet voorstellen dat Ferdinand er niet meer is. Het moet vooral voor jullie heel erg moeilijk zijn. We wensen jullie dan ook heel veel sterkte om dit grote verlies te dragen.
Although I only had the pleasure of meeting him a few times, I was always made to feel welcome and like part of the family. I am truly sorry for your loss and both mine and my family’s thoughts and prayers are with you.
Ik vind het zo verdrietig dat Ferdinand afscheid heeft moeten nemen van het leven. Ferdinand, een man met passie en met een grote liefde voor zijn gezin. Een heel bijzondere man met visie. Ik denk aan jullie en aan Ferdinand. Ik had zo gehoopt dat hij beter mocht worden. Ferdinand, ik ben dankbaar dat ik hem gekend heb en zal hem zeker nooit vergeten. Heel veel sterkte toegewenst,
My sincerest condolences to everyone in your family. Ferdinand was not only an old colleague, but a mentor, and an old friend. Even though we hadn’t seen each other for a few years, I will miss Ferdinand greatly. I am very sorry for your loss.
