Obituary of FUNG OLLERO – Iris

October 15, 1951 – September 27, 2009 Iris Fung Ollero, beloved wife of Romualdo Ollero of Calgary passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the age of 57 years. Besides her husband, Iris is survived by her loving siblings Joseph Fung, Winnie Fung Alvarado, Ginnie Fung, Winston Fung, and Sharon Fung; and her nieces and nephews. She worked at the Bank of Montreal (Telus branch) for 26 years and had many wonderful friends there. Iris enjoyed travelling, nature and hiking, and food. She loved trying new adventures, and making new friends. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Friday, October 2, 2009 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. with Prayers and Tributes at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1525 – 45th Street S.E.) on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
