It doesn’t seem real. Day and Gordy are my God Parents. I’ve always felt secure knowing they were there ready to take care of us if anything ever went wrong. After losing my parents, it brings home to me once again, that feeling of being lost in the world. Another pillar of support gone. Day was there for us when we came to Canada. She was there when I got married (both times) She was there when my daughter was born. Day and Gordy have been there for every major event of my life. I will always miss her.
