Condolences
My deepest sympathy to the Loades family. We will sadly miss George in the Real Estate world, he was such a great teacher and instructor for all of us. He was passionate about his real estate career. When I think of George I think of his radiant smile, and his strong passionate voice which exemplified his excitement for what he was doing. He will be truly missed.
Dear Ann and family,
Words are truly inadequate to express my heartfelt feelings for you. George will always have such a special place in the hearts of all who were blessed to be classmates with him in Camrose. He was always so vibrant, so full of life – he lived every moment to its fullest.
We were all so blessed with his humorous stories of dorm life at CLC – I am so glad he was able to join us and share his memories. He always was a great speaker and expressed himself so well.
We do hope you will keep in touch with his CLC classmates.
What a wonderful service in his memory!
Ann, you were such a gracious lady and in the midst of your sorrow, you took time to visit with us.
May God give you grace and peace.

Please accept our deepest sympathies at George’s passing. He will be sorely missed by our committee as he was always first in line to take the next ride and he did so with a grand smile on his face. He is a Friend lost to the Calgary Stampede and particularly to us at Courtesy Car. We are better volunteers for having known George.
Blessings and Peace to you and your family.

Someone that taught me the Real Estate course for Area & Creb back in 1978. I always enjoyed his smile and warm friendship. He will be missed !!!
Sincere condolences to the family. I met George through his volunteer work with The Calgary Stampede and he will truely be missed by all who have met him.
God bless !
I believe i was very fortunate to have such a classy & professional individual prepare me for my career some 10 years ago as my head instructor representing the Calgary Real Estate Board. George was always very proud of our industry and upheld the highest of standards when it came to his work as well as his constant contribution to the education of fellow agents. The city of Calgary, The Calgary Real Estate Board, RECA as well as all of us have lost both a pioneer and a beloved gentleman. My deepest sympathies go out to the family.
Our thoughts are with you and your family, We certainly will miss Georges’ GREAT contributions to SFGA, he always smiled at everyone who came to build the bird houses. We miss you George.
I am deeply sorry to hearing of George’s passing. I sat in many meetings with George as an AREA Instructor and shared many laughs. His bluebirds will miss him as well as our entire real estate industry. He was one of a kind!!

Great times were had in all the events we participated in, Stampede, Ballooning and at the Ya Ha Tinda.

Anne And Family. I knew George with Sarcee Fish and Game. Every time we met he gave me the feeling of good. He would do anything to help out his fellow man and was always there when needed. I know he will be missed by all that knew him. Our Deepest symathies to you and your family.
Dave & Val McMaster Sarcee Fish And Game.
Our deepest condolences to the Loades family. We only knew George for a short while being such close friends to Dave and Dawn. We are privilaged to have known him.
His wisdom and respect will never be forgotten.
I was saddened to learn of George’s passing. This is truly a loss for all who knew him. He was one of my instructors at CREB. He was an inspiration. George could somehow make the driest of materials seem interesting. I can still hear him, with his thundering voice saying “PRESS HAAARD, the fourth copy is yours”.
George will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered.
My Dearest Ann:
Part of me is gone. George was as close to me as my own brother. Our condolences, love and prayers go out to you and your family.
At the moment, I have a aching in my chest and a feeling of great sorrow. I feel empty.
He did so much for other people, asking nothing in return but their friendship. He helped me through some difficult times and was always there if I needed him. I am sorry that I was not there when he may have needed someone to help or just be with him. Please forgive me for not being there for him and you.
I am trying to tell myself that George would want me to remember the good times; the fun time and to rejoice in the rememberance of our times together. It was an honour and a privilige to have had him as my close friend and in essence, my brother.
He is at peace now and gone home to be with God and those who have gone before him to prepare the way. I find solace in the fact, that God willing, I may have the opportunity to see him again when my time comes as I am sure you do as well.
What more can I say. If this was a letter you would see the tear stains on it.
God bless and comfort you and your family.
Verne and Joan Lunan

Dear Anne and Family,
It is hard to find the words to express my deep sadness. George was a pure class act. His kindness and grace made him loved by all who were blessed to know him. When he passed a brilliant light went out and left us all in a darker place. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Terry
We were so saddened to hear of George’s passing on Tuesday. We have only good memories of our time at college and at all the reunions we attended together. Our hearts and thoughts are with you and your family.
Between Myrna and I we are spreading the word amongst former classmates.
Dear Family of George Loades
Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of George. We are so moved by the passion that this gentle man had for the things he believed in. His coming to our recent 50th reunion of CLC graduates, while obviously not well, is but an example. May God keep you and may he guard over all those he loved.
