Kathleen and Jack,
I was so saddend to hear about your mother’s passing. I am thinking of you and your family during this very difficult time. I will always remember my conversations with “Grandma”. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.
To the Locke Family:

Jackie Diemert and family and Irene Yaholnitsky and family.
To the Locke family,
I was saddened today to read of Joan’s passing. There are many memories brought to mind of past associations many years ago. Joan and Jean are my cousins and when my father Jake Curliss was still alive there were lots of occassions to visit.
Time passes and after travelling and living out of Canada for many years, my husband and I are now back living in Calgary as our children and their families are here.
Please accept my condolences at this sad time. I always remember Joan with a smile on her face and full of kindness and consideration.
Love Jackie
Jacqueline Vera (nee Curliss) McLellan
I am so very sad to hear your mom has passed away. Patty, my thoughts, heartfelt prayers and all my love are with you and your family during this very sad time.
We all know how special Moms are. I am so sorry to hear of Joan’s passing, but think of the legacy she leaves in her children and grandchildren. It was her nurturing, love, and passion for family that made you all who you are today. You will pass those gifts on in your own way. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
So sorry to hear of your loss, Mrs. Locke will be missed by many. Our thoughts and all our love go out to you all!

Know in your heart your mother is still with you, the love, the laughter, the sharing and all the wonderful memories over the years.
Keeping you in my prayers.
Sincerely
Faith
Sorry to hear of your loss, as the obituary indicates as a long time neighbour I have many fond and funny memories, some involving the odd beer, and a few wild kids, a porch fire, a fall from the roof etc. What a gem to be around. She could always smooth out any situation.
We’re so sorry to hear of your loss – our sympathies go out to all of her family. We are glad to have had the opportunity to meet “Grandma” through Delaney and family at many family gatherings. She was a bright spirit who seemed to make everyone she connected with feel special.
