Obituary of ANDERSON – Vivian Marie

April 4, 1929 – September 15, 2009 Vivian Anderson passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at the age of 80 years. Vivian was born in Balcarres, SK to Anthon and Mary Agnes Olifky. She married her loving husband Ben on October 31, 1954. She was a very successful and self taught business woman and was very proud of A & B Carpet which she and Ben successfully started in 1973. Vivian loved to travel and enjoyed Costa Rica for many years. She also enjoyed sharing her cottage at Hidden Valley with her family and many friends for twenty four years. She loved to prepare dinner for her family and Christmas baking for all her family, their families and friends. She suffered with Arthritis for the last twenty seven years but it never deterred her from the things that she enjoyed in life. Vivian leaves behind her loving husband Ben; her children Kathy (Jim) Bulmer, Linda Todd, Guy (Cat) Anderson, Barry (Nancy) Anderson; her loving grandchildren, Tammy Todd, Kelly Todd, Rob and Jolene Bulmer, Bobby Todd, Brittney Anderson and Damien Anderson; her great-grandchildren, Kristopher, Ariel, Seth, Payton, Brody and Austin. Also, her loving sisters and family, Catherine (George) Couzelis and Ethel (Len) Losier of Thunderbay, ON and of course all her relatives and friends and Ken Stevenson who called her mom and helped her in her last few weeks. We love you and will miss you mom and we thank you.
