Condolences
To the Robinson Family,
I was so saddened to hear of your mother’s passing. Although I have been out of contact for some time, Mary (and Jack) meant the world to me. She was a wonderful woman with a zest for life and she was oh, so proud of her children, and later her grandchildren. I have many fond memories of the Robinson children performing for any audience who was present and your mother sitting back with a big smile on her face as she enjoyed the show. From the very first time I met her, she welcomed me into your home and treated me like family. It is said that you can take the measure of a woman by the quality of her children. While your mother is no longer with us in the flesh, she is definitely here in spirit. She will always be in our hearts. So much of the person you each have become can be traced directly to your Mother. So in a way, you are the walking embodiment of Mary Robinson. May she Rest in Peace at your Father’s side.
My thoughts and prayers are with you,
Runk
To all of you.
Mary was a wonderful lady who always had positive words and a smile to lighten ones day. It was my pleasure to have known her over many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time of loss.

Dear Eleanor and Rob,
I am sorry to read about the passing of your Mom. I have always admired your strong sense of family, the support and love you share.
I believe your Mom always knew how much she was loved and is so very proud of you all.
God Bless

I was so sorry to read of Mary’s passing in the paper today. I have such fond memories of her and your Dad. One that immediately comes to mind was in 1955 when we visited at the house in lower Mt. Royal; she had a new baby on her lap and was surrounded by the rest of her family. I worked for your Dad at the lab in Pgh. and fielded many calls to his office from your Mom. Then when Carl and I married we met often here in Calgary along with the Bowdens. Mary and Jack were always so much fun. I can still remember her voice and her smile. She loved you all and you were blessed to have her as a mother.
John and family,
We were saddened to hear of the passing of your dear mother. We remember her from years ago and it was wonderful to see her so well at John’s 60th party. We will remember her that way. Our prayers are with you.
