Obituary of BAIRD – Robert Garry

June 28, 1937 – September 6, 2009 It is with great sadness that we share the news of Garry’s passing. Garry left us quite suddenly, at the age of 72, on Sunday evening after spending his last day enjoying the things he loved – a drive in the country, the afternoon with his family, and his most precious grandson. Garry is survived by his wife Gina (nee Lastuka), son Greg (Narda) and by his treasured grandson Brody. Garry was also an uncle, great-uncle, great-great-uncle, and great-great-great-uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Garry was predeceased by his mother and father, Avos and George Baird; brother Gordie Baird; and sister Jean Schielke, all of Black Diamond.
