Condolences
I just learned of Frank’s passing and wanted to send my condolences.
I worked at the Transitional Vocational Program at Mount Royal from 1992 to 2003 and got to know Frank very well – it was always the highlight of my day when he would come in for a visit.
I moved to another department within Mount Royal in 2003, but still saw Frank on occasion. He would sometimes come down to my office to say “Hi” to me and always let me know what a good friend I was to him.
I left Mount Royal in August of this year and at my going away party some of the TVP staff were there – we were talking about different students who had special places in my heart and Frank was at the top of that list!!
My thoughts are with his family – he will be missed by many!!
What a wonderful man Frank was! He was in my computer class at TVP at Mount Royal for many years. He and I shared many a joke. I loved to tease him. His smile lit up many a day for me.
My prayers and thoughts are with his family during this time.
I will miss this gently happy soul who always had a big hi! for everyone. What a gentle man. He reminded me that the world can be a happy place.
Frank will be missed dearly by Jackie and me. He always brought joy into our lives and I am glad he called me his friend.
I also speak on behalf of the staff and volunteers of the Calgary Folk Music festival. Frank was an integral and loved part of the festival family.

For his family and all of us who knew him, Frank will never be forgotten. He was one of a kind.
Frank was a terrific gentleman. We’ll all miss him at the Nickelodeon Folk Club – his smile and his hugs.
So very sad to hear of Frank’s passing. I take comfort knowing that he will be reunited with his mom and dad, whom he missed so much. Frank has touched my family’s life and will live in our memories.
Love to all who share our sadness.
