Obituary of PETERSON – Margo Dale

January 8, 1947 – August 28, 2009 Margo “Dale” Peterson of Okotoks, AB passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009 at the age of 62 years. Dale was born on January 8, 1947 in Winnipeg, MB. She lived much of her life in Edmonton, moving later to Calgary with her children. She enjoyed ice skating and small pleasures that filled her heart with peace. Her love of travel took Dale to South Africa, Mexico and Las Vegas. She was an embracer of life and all its possibilities, seeing beauty and hope in all things, great and small and will be forever missed. Dale is survived by her three children, son and daughter-in-law Mike and Kelli Peterson, daughters and sons-in-law, Carmen and Jack Valstar, Debbie and Hugo Scheepers; grandchildren, Natasha, Justin and Naomi Scheepers; older sister Carole Murphy and younger brother and sister-in-law Don and Darlene Frederickson. She was predeceased by her parents, Isobel and George.
