Many fond memories come to mind as we remember Peggy Montgomery. She embraced all of us with care, love and affection. Always encouraging us to join the Montgomery Family hospitality for many grande family functions. Peggy’s generous, giving nature – contagious smile and laughter were all great attributes she shared graciously and passed on through all she met. We always left the Montgomery household full of food, fun and lots of laughter. Peggy will be dearly missed by all.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the Montgomery family and friends during this time.
With All Our Love
Best Regards Always

Mongomery family,
During this very difficult time, know that my thoughts are with all of you.

I can’t even count the number of times was invited to join in Montgomery clan celebrations, especially during the holidays. Peggy made sure I knew I was included and I always felt welcome and at home in her company.
When I lived in Calgary for nearly 19 years, I was often unable to make it to Manitoba to spend Christmas with my own family. Peggy always made me feel more than welcome in her home, like a member of her extended family — my plate was always full and my glass never empty. She loved having that house full of people laughing and having fun — and we did. She was the essence of a woman being “the heart of the home.”
I am grateful she was here and so saddened that she is gone. But, I will always remember her laughter and generosity…and it will always make me smile.
My deepest condolences to all the Montgomery family on their great loss.
With love,
Fiona
