Obituary of Robert Murray McLEAN

February 21, 1931 – August 20, 2009 Bob McLean, beloved father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Bob is survived by his children, Peggy Proudfoot (Darryl), Bill McLean (Nyree) and Wendy McLean (John Fawcett); his ex-wife and friend Annabelle McLean; three grandchildren, Jennifer Proudfoot, Jocelyn Proudfoot and Kailyn McLean; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Bob was predeceased by his father Hector McLean (1988); mother Mary Ann (McLennan) McLean (1982); and sister Bernice Wilson (Jack). Bob will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
