Obituary of UFFEN – Teresa Anne

February 20, 1926 – August 8, 2009 Teresa Uffen of Calgary passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Terry is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Ted and Louise Uffen of Rodney, ON and Doug and France Uffen of Calgary and their families. She is also survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Kay Brown and Jean and Sam Campbell and their families all of Toronto. Terry was predeceased by her husband Norman Uffen. Terry was born in Toronto and enjoyed many a summer in Port Perry on Lake Scugog where she met Norm Uffen. Norm and Terry were married in Toronto and moved to Montreal, later relocating to Woodstock with their two sons. They retired to Long Sault and upon Norm’s passing, Terry moved to Calgary, Alberta. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in Ingleside, ON and a Graveside Service will follow at St. Lawrence Valley Union Cemetery.
